Ballaspur

Description

Ballaspur, situated between the 7th and 8th Milestone of the TT course, is a fast right-hand bend located just after Ballacraine. Tree lined and hard to get to without open roads, it's essential that you bring food, drink and warm clothing.

TT-winner Milky Quayle, famously crashed at Ballaspur during the 2003 TT, where he was seriously injured, but made a fully recovery. He now helps develop and mature newcomers to the TT to prepare them for the challenge.
